Consignment terms
Listing term
Your wig will be listed for 6 months from the date it goes live on our site.
Minimum commitment
Your wig must remain listed for at least 90 days. After 90 days, you may request its return at any time.
Early return
If you request your wig back before 90 days, a $50 early withdrawal fee applies.
Intake fee
The $50 intake fee is non-refundable.
Sold or pending items
A wig cannot be withdrawn once a buyer has placed a deposit or is within the 3-day return period.
Pricing
50FF may discount your wig up to 15% for promotions and flash sales. Any larger reduction requires your approval.
Payment
You receive 50% of the final sale price once the sale is complete and the return period has passed.
Unsold after 6 months
We will contact you with four options: renew the listing (with an optional price adjustment), donate your wig, have it shipped back at your cost, or arrange pickup.
Unclaimed wigs
If we do not hear from you within 30 days of our written notice by email or text, your wig becomes the property of 50FF to sell or donate.
Condition
Your wig will be documented with photos at intake and returned in the condition it was received.
